Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, manage projects, and facilitate discussions, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and quality expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and delivering corporate learning solutions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with leaders and teams
