Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and project planning, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, including virtual instructor-led and self-paced experiences
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend aligned learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
