Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, learning strategy development, and instructional design, delivering services either remotely or from office locations through June 30, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and best practices
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions based on adult learning principles
• Manage projects from analysis through implementation and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
