Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality expectations, and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
