Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement various learning experiences that apply adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
