Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to develop learning strategies, design instructional materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and implement virtual and blended learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
