Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives until June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
