Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions while working either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and deliver virtual and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and quality expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
