Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and engage stakeholders in learning and talent development best practices
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of learning initiatives while coordinating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
