Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and develop virtual and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
