Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and stakeholder consultation, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and facilitation
