Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions, with the option to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and deliver virtual instructor-led and self-paced learning experiences using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives while documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
