Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, design and implement learning solutions, and facilitate discussions, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery of learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting, with a focus on identifying needs and recommending solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
