Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide consulting services through June 30, 2027, either remotely or from an office location, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
