Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, manage projects, and facilitate engaging virtual experiences, with the option to work fully remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning and development strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting, including identifying needs and recommending solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
