Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions, while working either onsite or remotely through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions and build relationships with stakeholders to identify learning needs and strategies
• Design and implement various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and instructional design
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Strong facilitation, project management, and organizational skills
