Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning strategies and talent development
• Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including virtual and blended learning experiences, while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting, identifying needs, and recommending solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
