Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and develop instructional materials, with the option to work remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and talent development with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences aligned with business objectives
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
