Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning solutions, manage projects, and facilitate discussions, with the option to work remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles
• Manage project plans, timelines, and communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
