Temporary Marketplace Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for qualifying and selecting candidates for independent contractor roles, the Temporary Marketplace Coordinator will manage outbound calls, support inbound inquiries, and assist with various projects while working fully remote on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Place pre-scheduled outbound calls to candidates and manage call length to adhere to schedules
• Qualify and disqualify candidates using established guidelines and provide necessary information during calls
• Support inbound contacts by addressing candidates' questions and concerns through calls, chats, and emails

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous contact center or recruiting/talent acquisition experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web browsers
• Ability to embrace frequent procedural and organizational changes
• Willingness to take on special projects as needed
