Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist will make outbound calls to thank and support volunteers, assist with fundraising activities, and respond to customer inquiries while maintaining a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CT.
Key responsibilities
- Make routine outbound calls to thank donors and welcome volunteers, assisting with events and advocacy issues
- Establish ongoing support relationships and educate volunteers on fundraising aspects
- Utilize multiple software programs to track contact information and interactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for at least six months in customer interaction
- Ability to multitask while navigating several software programs and the Internet
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including typing accuracy
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CT
