Job Summary

To support staffing needs across four manufacturing facilities, the temporary, fully remote Temporary Plant Staffing Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, focusing on high-volume recruiting for frontline and operational positions while collaborating closely with Local HR teams and plant leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated recruiting support for frontline and operational staffing needs across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection processes
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions, while tracking recruiting metrics and providing updates to HR and plant leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or operational environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Experience recruiting for hourly/frontline manufacturing positions
• Proven ability to source and screen a high volume of candidates effectively
• Familiarity with ATS/recruiting systems, specifically Paylocity
