Temporary Production Manager

Job Summary

Leading the footwear category, the full-time Temporary Production Manager will manage pre-production processes and production workflows, while collaborating with product development, design, and merchandising teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand initiatives, control operations calendar deadlines, and develop vendor relationships to ensure successful business partnerships
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create product development calendars and manage commitments and order placements
• Assess and develop staff, coach team members, and facilitate the delivery of aesthetically correct samples that align with the brand's vision

Required qualifications

• Significant leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience traveling overseas to evaluate vendors and identify areas for improvement
• Proven ability to implement operational efficiencies and adapt quickly to changes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to drive deadlines with a high sense of urgency
