Temporary Production Manager

Job Summary

Leading the footwear category, the full-time Temporary Production Manager will manage pre-production processes and production workflows, collaborate with product development and design teams, and provide training and support to team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand initiatives, operations calendar deadlines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful business partnerships
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate brand and category strategies while managing product development and production processes
• Assess and develop staff, coach team members, and facilitate the delivery of samples that align with the brand's vision

Required qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience evaluating vendors through overseas travel
• Proven ability to supervise and develop subordinates effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement operational efficiencies
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under tight deadlines
