Temporary Recruiter
Job Summary
Joining a best-in-class talent team, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will focus on high-volume and full life-cycle recruitment for clinical and support positions, providing exceptional candidate experiences while working remotely for a 3- to 6-month assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees talent acquisition support for hospital talent in a high-volume and full-life-cycle setting
- Identifies talent needs and creates actionable talent procurement and delivery strategies in collaboration with talent leadership
- Partners with business line human resources and operational leadership to meet hiring targets and supports onboarding processes
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, agency recruiting, or human resources
- Previous experience recruiting clinical healthcare staff is highly preferred
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including iCIMS or ADP
- Strong background in administrative support and excellent coordination skills
