Temporary Recruiter
Job Summary
Covering a teammate's maternity leave, the Temporary Recruiter will manage the full recruiting cycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and close talent for a fixed-term position from January 4 to April 16, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the People team while getting up to speed on open roles
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience recruiting for both technical and creative roles
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Solid understanding of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring
