Temporary Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, the Temporary Recruiter will work remotely to proactively identify and engage candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment for select positions, and build talent pipelines across various corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate screening and interview coordination

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Ability to recruit across various corporate functions and position levels
• Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred
• Previous experience in retail or a high-volume corporate recruiting environment is a plus
