Job Summary
To provide essential recruiting support for a period of up to four months, the fully remote Temporary Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, identify qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned open positions, from job posting through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple job openings simultaneously
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and screening skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and business leaders
