Temporary Recruiter - Florida
Job Summary
To support Trulieve's human capital growth, the part-time Temporary Recruiter - Florida will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating background checks, while working both onsite in Tallahassee and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using effective outreach techniques and manage the recruitment process
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via various platforms
- Represent the company at recruiting events and community outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
