Focused on optimizing content strategy across core editorial categories, the Temporary Senior Strategy Editor will work part-time through March 2027, collaborating with various teams to enhance traffic and revenue through data-driven content planning and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly content planning by identifying new coverage opportunities and creating briefs based on search demand and emerging trends
- Monitor category-level performance and make weekly recommendations for content updates and optimizations
- Support paid media content strategy and assist with seasonal and tentpole content initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commerce editorial, content strategy, or related digital publishing roles
- Strong understanding of commerce content strategy, SEO best practices, and performance metrics
- Experience with AEO/GEO, AI Overviews, and LLM visibility
- Proficiency in data tools such as Google Trends, Looker, Semrush, and Ahrefs
