Temporary Site Experience Manager

Job Summary

To cover the responsibilities of the Site Experience Director during a planned leave, the full-time Temporary Site Experience Manager will drive site strategy, oversee merchandising execution, and manage site performance reporting in a remote capacity for approximately five months.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the site roadmap, managing prioritization and ensuring larger initiatives remain on track from planning through launch
• Collaborate with the Sr. Site Merchandiser to build and publish new products and maintain collection page accuracy in Shopify
• Compile weekly site performance reports, conduct QA on development tickets, and manage cross-sell widgets according to strategy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising, preferably in direct-to-consumer apparel
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify, including building collections and editing theme content independently
• Experience leveraging analytics and reporting tools to compile accurate data under tight deadlines
• Recent experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
• Clear written communication skills and self-direction in a remote environment
