Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage the talent acquisition process, collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing candidates remotely across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
