Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Motivated to support a dynamic environment, the Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will work remotely to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates while managing recruitment processes and candidate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with leadership and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a similar people operations role
• Exposure to full life cycle recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC, and OFCCP strongly preferred
• Experience using an ATS or HRIS (JobVite and Workday) preferred
