Temporary Talent Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated, data-driven Temporary Talent Recruiter for a 3-month contract, who will manage the full recruiting cycle remotely, sourcing and securing top talent for North America while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Utilize various sourcing methods to engage potential candidates and perform comprehensive resume reviews and candidate screens
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to improve recruitment processes

Required qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a sales environment
• Proficiency in utilizing and managing ATS software; Workday experience preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment-related legal requirements and best practices
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and effective recruitment strategies
• Consistent track record of success in meeting competitive hiring goals and deadlines
