Temporary Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Trade Marketing team, the full-time Temporary Trade Marketing Specialist will manage marketing asset development, coordinate workflow processes, and ensure timely execution of trade-facing program materials, primarily onsite in Louisville, KY with optional remote work on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project workflows and timelines using Monday.com and other marketing systems
• Coordinate the development and approval of trade marketing materials through Halo and Content Studio Network
• Review and proof marketing materials for legal compliance, SKU accuracy, and layout consistency

Required qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with marketing workflow, content management, or asset management systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
