Highly organized and creative, the Temporary Video Production Coordinator will manage production schedules and logistics for high-quality food content across various platforms while working remotely and collaborating with producers, talent, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and production needs across multiple shows, ensuring documentation is current and accessible
• Lead project kickoffs and maintain production timelines, documentation, and clear communication regarding deadlines and priorities
• Book crew and coordinate equipment, locations, and other logistics to ensure productions are fully prepared

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video production, production coordination, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital video production workflows from creative development through post-production
• Strong organizational and project-management skills to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with freelance producers, talent, and internal teams
• Professional discretion and an interest in food, entertainment, and digital media
