Tennessee Licensed Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Account Manager, the full-time position will manage client financial activities, oversee a team of bookkeepers, and ensure effective communication with clients, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily client financial activities, including timely follow-ups on outstanding matters
- Review the work of bookkeepers, including approvals for AP/AR, payroll, and financial statements
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist with client presentations and meetings
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-charge accounting and bookkeeping experience, preferably in entertainment business management
- 3+ years of experience in the Entertainment Industry as an Account Executive/Manager
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial statements
- Prior management experience with advanced computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software
