Tennessee Licensed Account Representative
Job Summary
As a key point of contact for resolving accounts for deceased individuals, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Account Representative will work remotely, generating and fielding calls while collaborating with estates, attorneys, and family representatives to ensure sensitive and accurate account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls related to account resolution
- Accurately document accounts and negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies
- Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
