Tennessee Licensed Associate Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Associate Business Analyst will manage operational reporting, data analysis, and process oversight related to TennCare Employment and Community First CHOICES, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Providing recommendations for the design, development, and implementation of management projects and policies
- Participating in business process improvement projects to enhance business results
- Analyzing business requirements to improve the effectiveness of management operations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for operational reporting
- Experience with ECF CHOICES/LTSS is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
