Job Summary
To support the investigation and resolution of Auto Liability claims, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will manage the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of claims involving property damage, ensuring thorough analysis of coverage and liability.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations, including interviewing involved parties and collecting evidence, to analyze coverage and determine liability
- Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
