Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, investigating, and settling low complexity first and third-party claims over the phone and through written correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages in accordance with claims guidelines
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims while providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain an organized diary of open claims per company guidelines

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business preferred
• Must possess or obtain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Proficient in PC and Windows applications
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
