Job Summary
To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims remotely, focusing on determining coverage and legal liability while managing complex property damage issues.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and extent of damages
- Assume responsibility for property damage claims, including interactions with first- and third-party claimants
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed
Required qualifications
- Must hold or secure a Tennessee state adjuster license and maintain continuing education credits
- Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong negotiation skills in challenging situations
- Ability to make informed decisions confidently and timely
