Tennessee Licensed Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Business Analyst will manage operational reporting, data analysis, and process oversight, focusing on TennCare CHOICES and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS).
Key responsibilities
- Monitor data for timeliness and compliance standards while assisting with external audits
- Identify and analyze issues, trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to support compliance activities and operational improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis
- Experience with database reporting tools such as Access and Cognos
- Previous team lead experience and familiarity with CHOICES/LTSS preferred
