Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Policy Research & Development team, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Clinical Analyst will advance medical policy operations through evidence-based practices, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for improving quality and service delivery
- Lead workflow and process analysis, recommending evidence-based improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Provide subject-matter expertise on clinical workflows, data interpretation, and system functionality to cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent professional experience (4 years in a healthcare or clinical environment)
- Active Tennessee RN license or Master's-level Social Worker license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW)
- 3 years of experience in clinical operations, care management, or a comparable healthcare setting
- 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled or advanced analytics solutions in clinical settings
