Job Summary
Supervising assigned Clinical Providers, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide therapy to clients as needed while working remotely, ensuring effective management of caseloads and compliance with organizational guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to Clinical Providers through regular individual and team meetings
- Deliver individual, group, and family counseling services to meet client treatment goals
- Participate in client staffing and emergency services, ensuring comprehensive follow-up for assigned clients
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Tennessee
- Experience in mental health or behavioral health services, with clinical supervision preferred
- Extensive knowledge of crisis intervention and family therapy methods
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients
