Tennessee Licensed Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Supporting Families That Support Their Kin project, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Data Analyst will manage secure data, conduct statistical analyses, and produce reports and visualizations while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze various data types including administrative, survey, and cost data to support project evaluations
• Develop reproducible data systems and quality controls, ensuring participant confidentiality and study integrity
• Produce dashboards and reports for continuous quality improvement and federal reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in analytics, statistics, data science, public health, economics, computer science, social science, or a related quantitative field
• At least three years of professional experience in data management, statistical analysis, and data reporting
• Advanced skills in R, SQL, or comparable statistical and data-management tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, and program evaluation methods
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
