Job Summary
Ensuring the privacy of patient information, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Data Integrity Specialist will maintain the integrity of the master patient index, synchronize data across multiple applications, and perform critical analysis for error correction within Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Key responsibilities
- Safeguard and protect patient health information while performing data integrity tasks
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to correct errors in EHR based on Help Desk tickets
- Accurately scan and manage documentation within the EHR, including voiding and deleting erroneous records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous medical office experience
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records
- Typing/word processing ability of at least 40 words per minute
- Successful completion of job-related skills test and agency-required background checks
