Job Summary
To support a mission-driven healthcare practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Dietitian will conduct personalized nutrition therapy consultations via telehealth, administer evidence-based clinical protocols, and monitor patient progress while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct personalized nutrition therapy consultations and deliver individualized nutrition support
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to improve clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with care team members and participate in clinical rounds and meetings
Required qualifications
- State license preferred in Tennessee, Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
- Completion of an Accredited Dietetic Internship
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Minimum 1-2 years of post-internship nutrition experience, particularly in virtual counseling
