Job Summary
To lead and enhance the carrier compliance program, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Compliance will manage compliance policy updates, investigate fraud indicators, and oversee a team of analysts while reporting on risk metrics and program performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the carrier compliance program to align with regulatory changes and fraud patterns
- Lead the rollout of compliance policy updates across Operations, Sales, and Claims teams
- Investigate carrier fraud indicators and manage the carrier compliance technology stack
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in carrier compliance or transportation risk management
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and broker/carrier compliance programs
- Experience with compliance-related technology such as Highway or RMIS
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tables and spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
