Tennessee Licensed ECF CHOICES Manager

Job Summary

Providing statewide operational leadership, the full-time Tennessee Licensed ECF CHOICES Manager will oversee ECF CHOICES programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective workforce development while working remotely with occasional travel throughout Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance workflow efficiency and lead performance improvement efforts to implement best practices
• Manage supervisory personnel and support coordination staff, including hiring and ongoing training
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for tracking initiatives and ensuring compliance with policies and standards

Required qualifications

• RN with current Certification from the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association as a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years of supervisory experience required
• 3 years of experience providing support coordination for long-term care or home and community-based services
• Proven leadership abilities and experience navigating healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
